Remove visitor view link from public

As we noticed that privacy is one of the most important issue on Internet.

We are also get some feedback of our client. They don’t want to show the name and link on our In Out Board system. Even being cached by Google or any other Search Engine.

I totally agree with you.

So we removed visitor view link from the home page of this site.

Our clients can still use the visitor view without login. The URL of your board can be found in your board settings under Admin panel. Turn on visitor view first. Then copy the link and bookmark it. Then you can use it.

Reports with Average In’s and Out’s, and Work Hours

You may find new type of report in our Attendance Reports.

When click the link you will go to the report page.


In this form, you can choose the user and the report date range. Then, click run report button.


The report is clear and easy to read.
Please be noticed that the total work hours are including all days, even he worked on weekend. The average in’s and out’s are calculated on weekday only.

To use this report and want the working hours correct, you need to enter the date and time very correctly.

Why your account is disabled?

You may find some accounts are disabled today. Maybe your account is one of them.
This is our regular cleaning to our InOutBoard system.

According to our Terms and Conditions, section 11.

11. Account Inactivity
After a period of inactivity, we reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s account. We will disable your account if you fail to login to your account for a period of 45 days.

Any account inactive over 45 days, may be disabled. You will not be able to access your account. Before disable your account, you may receive one email or two at your administrator email address.
