By using our services you agree to be bound by and comply with any and all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances or other such requirements of any applicable Federal, State or local government. boards MAY NOT contain any of the following, including but not limited to:
-Adult Content / Obscene Content
-Harassment
-Illegal Drugs
-Terrorism
-Piracy, Hacking, Viruses
-Racism/Hate/Derogatory/Slanderous
-Promotion of or distribution of copyrighted materials which includes but is not limited to, the following:

-Malicious software

It is up to the creator of the board to be responsible for upholding these rules on his/her board.

FreeInOutBoard.com will be the deciding factor in what is allowed and not allowed. FreeInOutBoard.com's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Service shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. If your board is found to be in violation of these terms, your board will be permanently removed, and any applicable legal actions shall also be taken if needed. FreeInOutBoard.com unconditionally reserves the right to remove or suspend access to your boards without notice or explanation. Failure to abide by any local, state, or federal laws regarding your board (s) will result in permanent removal and refusal of service. FreeInOutBoard.com will not be held responsible for any content and/or damages caused by such material hosted on our network.

By signing up to our services you are subscribed to receive service announcements that relate to your agreement with FreeInOutBoard.com.

- Legal Disputes
In the event it is necessary to refer any dispute to an attorney or resolve it in a court of law, the prevailing party will be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney's fees and all costs associated with any legal action, whether or not a suit shall actually be filed. These terms of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.

- Service Availability
FreeInOutBoard.com maintains an high level of service uptime. The advertised uptime does not apply to service interruptions caused by (i) periodic scheduled maintenance or repairs undertaken by FreeInOutBoard.com from time to time; (ii) downtime caused by You; (iii) outages that do not limit browser access to your board (for example, interruptions to your database or admin panel); (iv) suspension of your account due violations of the Terms of Service, as determined in FreeInOutBoard.com's sole discretion; or (vi) causes beyond the control of FreeInOutBoard.com or that are not reasonably foreseeable by FreeInOutBoard.com

- FreeInOutBoard.com Upgrades and Advertising
All purchase made on "upgrades" to our service are final, we do not offer any cancellation or refunds on our "upgrades". FreeInOutBoard.com reserves the right to alter our services as we see fit at any time and for any reason, without notice to users.
