We pushed the new release last weekend in version 17.2.5<\/p>\n

To enable and use avatars on your InOut Board, please look at how to do it below.<\/p>\n

First, Enable the Avatar at Admin > Board Settings<\/h4>\n

Here, switch from No to Yes at Enable Avatars. Then all your users will use their own email as Gravatar email by default.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Now, my testing board looks like above. My avatar is in front of my name.<\/p>\n

Second, Change or update user’s Avatar settins at UCP, User Control Panel<\/h4>\n

Click the user name on the top navigation bar to go to UCP.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>My current Gravatar image is based on my emaill address. I can also use a different email address for my Gravatar email.<\/p>\n

Third, When User Name Hide is enabled at board settings<\/h4>\n
