Attendance Reports: Fixed

We fixed date pickup box problem. Previously, if no date was chosen and click submit, there were system errors. Now we even add ajax validation features.

Home Page: Modification

Reduced the number of clients, show 10 clients only. Not the latest one, but the most active one.

Board Settings: Updated

So, if the client want to have the visitor view, he need the link of the view only page. The link is shown at the board settings, under admin. The link only works when the visitor view allowed.

Sign in out: Improvement

To save the clicks, we made a small improvement on the sign in out page.

When the current status of user is In, by clicking his name, the default check is applied on Out.

When the current status of user is Out, Vacation or others, by clicking his name, the default check is applied on In.

Conclusion

This is the first news letter. I am not sure which format is easy to read. I do not know what kind of content our users want to know. If you have any ideas or suggestions, just comment below.

Now, group tab is ajax supported.

It has two pros.

1) Make index page smaller, it means web page load faster.

2) Click tab, trig the ajax content, the user status table loaded dynamically, the user status are real time.

Today, I implement CDN, or Amazon CloudFront, to this Blog with W3 Total Cache by W3 EDGE.

It is so easy to add this feature into WordPress.

Speed is double. You know, if it took you 3 second to load the page, now it is only about 1.5 second.

We optimized database, optimized sql script.

And also, the most important, we use CDN, or Cloud. Can we name us as Cloud InOut Board? I say YES.

We use Amazon CloudFront as our CDN service provider. Their service is great.  It makes our InOut Board fast too.

Please be noticed that the total work hours are including all days, even he worked on weekend. The average in’s and out’s are calculated on weekday only.

After a period of inactivity, we reserves the right to disable or terminate a user’s account. We will disable your account if you fail to login to your account for a period of 45 days.

Any account inactive over 45 days, may be disabled. You will not be able to access your account. Before disable your account, you may receive one email or two at your administrator email address.
